Sending an enquiry or requesting a viewing starts a conversation only. It does not reserve a vehicle or confirm an appointment. JDM HQ will confirm any visit, hold or reservation separately.
A sourcing request does not guarantee that a suitable vehicle will be found or purchased, or that a particular price, condition, delivery date, registration outcome or final Cyprus cost can be achieved. JDM HQ will discuss available options and obtain approval before any separately agreed purchase step.
A quote or estimate is valid only for the period and scope stated in writing. Depending on the transaction, total cost may include the vehicle, auction or export charges, transport, insurance, customs, applicable taxes or VAT, registration, inspection and local preparation. These items must be confirmed before commitment.
Any reservation, order, deposit, cancellation, refund, delivery, warranty or after-sales terms will be provided and agreed separately before the relevant payment or commitment. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
